Take Back America Lecture Series

Begin choosing your speakers for the 2005 - 2006 year. High School Conservative Clubs of America (HSCCA), has begun its student-based forum, “Take Back America” lecture series.

This is a new program is designed to offer conservative activist groups an
opportunity to hear dynamic conservative speakers. By providing high caliber
speakers — student officers and adults who have “been there, done that” --,
HSCCA is traveling the nation, speaking at academic and political forums.
They have faced-off with some of America’s toughest liberals, being subjected to death threats and newsletter burnings, and often with tolerantly liberal mobs shouting at their talk.

The speakers include:

HSCCA president and founder, Tim Bueler.

Tim has been profiled on Fox News, and has appeared on The O'Reilly Factor. He has been interviewed on numerous radio stations around the country, from California to Florida, and the Conservative Club has been discussed by many shows, including the Rush Limbaugh program, and Dr. Laura Schlessinger. Talk radio host Michael Savage
calls Tim "...a rebel WITH a cause." Tim has been a featured speaker with the Eagle Forum, appearing at the California Education Conference, where he was awarded, “Boldest Eagle Of The Year;” and at the 30th Annual Eagle Council in Virginia. Tim also spoke at the 2004 California Republican state Convention; the California Coalition for Immigration Reform Conference in Los Angeles; Secured Borders USA, in Las Vegas; and has responded to so many other speaking requests that he has lost count.

HSCCA policy advisor, Jonathan Krive.

Jonathan Krive, 18, is a nationally acclaimed debater and speaker. He holds the championship title in the National Right to Life Oratory Contest, sponsored by National Right to Life Committee. He also won first place in Original Oratory at the NCFCA National Home School Speech and Debate Tournament for three years in a row. He has spoken at numerous events, including the 2004 Republican National Convention in New York City and the 2004 Eagle Forum National Council in Washington D.C. He is a graduate of the Oak Brook College of Law Paralegal Program, and is now certified by the National Association of Legal Assistants as a Certified Paralegal. As a home school graduate, he met the CA legal requirements for graduation when he was 15. Jonathan has recently returned to California from Chicago, where he served as a logistics coordinator and personal assistant to Ambassador Keyes on the Alan Keyes for U.S. Senate Campaign in Illinois.

HSCCA vice president, Amanda Clarke.

Amanda has been profiled on Fox News and has appeared on talk radio programs around the nation. She was honored at Eagle Forum’s California Education Conference; and has traveled around the world on community service trips with American Field Service (AFS), bringing American compassionate conservatism and hospitality to third world countries. Amanda’s contemporaries know her best because of her fiery spirit
and courageous stand against the liberal establishment. Amanda has been at
the top of her class academically and plans to study law while majoring in political science.

Adult Advisor and HSCCA newsletter editor, Phil Graf.

Capt Phil is a licensed commercial, instrument rated aircraft pilot, as well as a US Coast Guard licensed Master of sail and power, He has sailed vessels ranging from catboats to square riggers, in waters from Denmark to the Mediterranean, Maine to the Caribbean, and Canada to Mexico; often working with “youth of all ages” in sail training and sea experience programs. Capt Phil is a former US Army officer whose service with the famed 82nd Airborne Division included jumping out of perfectly good airplanes. His last duty assignment was teaching marksmanship, advanced infantry training & small unit tactics at Fort Ord. Putting his civilian background in marketing and public relations to work for HSCCA, Capt Phil helped cause enough community controversy to begin to put the Conservative Club on the map, nationally. He also designed and helped establish The Conservative Agenda, the HSCCA newsletter, and serves as its adult advisor and editor.

These men and women have demonstrated the courage and determination to stand
up for conservative values. In addition to the above HSCCA officers, other
more local or regional speakers may be available.

We make our speakers accessible at as low or nominal a fee as possible, but
each speaking engagement must cover, at a minimum, travel, food, lodging and
miscellaneous expenses. Speaker’s fees vary, and will be discussed on an
individual basis.

If you would like to have a speaker for your club or event, please email:
